::::Preparation:
Cut
the chicken into small cubes. Melt the butter, and fry onions and garlic with
the ginger until the onions are tender. Add the chicken and cook, stirring, for
a few minutes. Remove the chicken. Add the curry, cumin and turmeric to the saucepan
and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the flour and then slowly add the coconut
crem, stirring continuously to make a smooth sauce. Add the oyster sauce and chicken
stock powder. Add the chicken meat and the prawns. Cook just till the prawns are
pink. Stir in the cream and basil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
